A listing on this site is an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when we send your order confirmation. If something in your order turns out to be unavailable, mispriced or undeliverable, we may decline it and refund you in full — we will tell you why.

Stock levels shown here come straight from our warehouse system. They are accurate to the minute, but in the rare event two people buy the last one at the same moment, the second order is refunded in full.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe; we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Obvious pricing errors — a decimal point in the wrong place, a $200 item listed at $2 — are not binding. Where one occurs we cancel the order and refund you rather than ship at the wrong price.

Delivery times and costs are set out on the shipping page. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you gave us. It is your responsibility to give us a correct, deliverable address; a parcel returned to us as undeliverable can be re-sent at your cost.

We describe products as accurately as we can, using manufacturer specifications where they are available. Photographs are representative; colours vary between screens, and packaging occasionally changes without notice. Where a product is refurbished, open-box or second-hand, the product page says so.

To the extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it, supplying an equivalent, or refunding what you paid for it.

You may not use this site to place fraudulent orders, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or resell our content. All site content, other than manufacturer imagery and trademarks, belongs to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
