Before you write
Most questions have a faster answer than an email:
- Where is my order? Check its status with your order number and email address — tracking appears there as soon as it ships.
- How much is shipping, how long will it take? See shipping & delivery.
- I want to send something back. See returns & refunds, then email us — please do not post it before we reply.
What to include
Your order number (it looks like SO-1042) and, if something arrived damaged or faulty, a photo. That is usually enough for us to fix it in one reply rather than three.
Hours
We read email Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern time, excluding NSW public holidays. Orders placed outside those hours are picked the next business day.
